On Sunday 28 June 2026, the HCH community came together for an afternoon of creativity, music and fun in the school grounds.
Thank you to every pupil, parent, member of staff, volunteer and supporter who helped make it happen, from the preparations and early set-up to the final pack down.
This retrospective draws on our newsletter of 3 July 2026.
Our Young Entrepreneurs welcomed customers to their stalls, HCH pupils filled the grounds with music, and School of Rock brought their talented young musicians to the stage.
The Innovation Corner offered a popular 3D printing workshop and water tasting experience. Our four-legged visitors joined in too, with the return of the Dog Show.
A huge thank you to our HCH student performers and School of Rock, and to Despina and Helen for helping make the performances happen.
We were so proud of the creativity, confidence and care pupils put into their stalls. They developed products and branding, spoke with customers and made sales.
It was lovely to see them supporting one another and shopping at each other’s stalls too. Several told us they hoped to continue their businesses online after the fête.
Visitors of all ages joined in with hands-on activities. Thank you to Krisztina and Tuesday for running the popular 3D printing workshop, and to Milin and Kyan for leading the water tasting experience.
Thank you to everyone who entered, and congratulations to all the winners. The dogs and their owners made this a wonderfully cheerful part of the day.
Events like this happen because so many people give their time, energy and support. Whether you volunteered for an hour, helped behind the scenes or came along with family and friends, we’re grateful.
HCH families can find ways to help with future events in the school newsletter. You can also email admin@hamptoncourthouse-friends.co.uk to get in touch.
