Recap Winter Fayre:
Thanks to everyone who visited our Winter Fayre, and again massive thanks to all our kind volunteers across teachers and parents; without your support, this event would not have been possible!
Please look here if you'd like to see a snapshot of photos taken that day.
Financial recap Winter Fayre and Dec fundraising:
We also wanted to share a bit of a financial recap as many wondered what the HCH Friends generated that day: During the Fayre, we generated £ 3 616,39. As this was our first Winter Fayre since the beginning of Covid, we had quite some expenses and hence did not make a profit, but if you'd like to see all detailed information regarding expenditures and profit earned, please email us so we can send over the respective document. In addition, we also generated £66 with your support during the Big PTA Cash Draw. We also generated £2 for tickets sold for the Hatti & Pippa's Christmas Adventure at Hampton Hill Theatre.
Next dates:
Teacher's Breakfast Monday, Jan 16th
We will provide another Teacher's breakfast; if you still have a chance to send some breakfast contributions with your child to school on Monday, this will be great! We will provide breakfast for all HCH staff from 9 am to 10.30 am in the Conservatory. If you are free to help us on the day, please meet us there after school drop.
Class reps meeting Feb 23rd.
We will invite all our class reps for an evening on Feb 23rd to discuss in detail the upcoming events and walk through the HCH Friends priorities for this school year to ensure alignment across SLT, parents and HCH Friends. Please hold the date; we look forward to hosting you that night.
If you cannot attend or are not a class rep but still want to see our annual priorities, please watch this space as we will share it here too :)
We wish you a relaxing and positive start to the weekend and want to leave you with these notes of gratitude and wishes for 2023 by members of our community, which featured as part of our ‘Giving Tree’ at the Winter Fayre, where donations were also made to our chosen charities.
