Vendors, Partners & Sponsorship

Our events offer a wide range of opportunities for local businesses.  It is an ideal place to be seen:

- If you’re a new business to the area and want to be better known.

- if you're well-established and planning a promotion it could give you the exposure you need;

- or if you would like to put something back into the community, you could sponsor one of our Eco initiatives.  (ie: our community garden)

SUMMER FETE & WINTER FAYRE — STALL BOOKINGS*

Whether you are looking to launch a new product, increase your brand’s awareness or service offer, reach new audiences or just boost sales, book one of our stalls at our Fete and Fayre.

PRICE: £40 per stall

Please note: for all profits made over £250 on the day, we kindly ask for a 10% donation.

All partners are listed on our Events and Partners pages, with logo, name, full contact details and event(s) sponsored.  When tickets are purchased online your logo will be seen and reinforced on the outreach and on the day. 

Mail Drop - Leaflet delivered to targeted streets around the Hamptons…

The names of major partners can be published in the Fete leaflet, which is delivered to over 1,000+ homes and widely distributed through shops and community centres in area. Partners can have their banners displayed on the school railings and are also mentioned in our social media.

Sponsorship levels:

• Professor partners donate £1,000 or more

• Master’s partners donate £500 or more

• Associate partners donate £250 or more

On the Day

Our big marquees and ticketed events over the fete such as the beer and refreshments tents or the 5-a-side football - can display large sponsors’ banners or estate agents’ boards for £500 or £1,000. Smaller stands on fete - such as those in the Children’s area and musical performances on the Bandstand - can support smaller banners and boards for around £250 this of course covers print and design covered by the school and it’s facilities guided operation by staff and the students. 

The School fete relies on the generosity of local businesses to give donations for events, such as gifts and vouchers for the Tombola, meals for Win-a-Meal, and produce for the refreshments stands.  All these receive publicity at the stands, on the leaflet and on the Fete website.

Our arts and community events, including shows, concerts, talks, walks and exhibitions. All of these can be sponsored and promoted on posters, programmes, Twitter and the website. The price for these ranges from £200 to £1,000.
